Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about printable art, please contact me if you have other questions and I will do my best to help!

What is printable art?

Printable art is received as a digital file that you print at home or have printed at a local or online print shop. It is a quick and practical option to decorate your home! You are able to download it shortly after purchase, so no waiting for it to arrive, and there are no shipping costs.

How and when will I receive my digital file?

Items that are instant downloads are available within minutes of making a purchase. You will receive an email with a download link or it can be accessed on site if you created an account.
Custom items, those that have a name added or invitations, need to be completed by me and will be emailed once complete. Once I receive your order with the details I will complete it and email the digital file to the address listed on your invoice within 48 hours, normally much sooner.
Please be certain your email address is correct and remember to add the details needed, name, initial, dates etc. (depending on the item purchased), when checking out so I can get started right away.

What type of file will I receive?

You will receive a print ready JPG file with a resolution of 300dpi, perfect for high quality prints. If the print shop you use requires a different file type please ask before purchase to see if I can accommodate the request.

Can changes to color or size be made to items?

Only some items in my shop can be done in custom colors and some can be done in other sizes, depending on time constraints and the original graphics. Please contact me with your request and I will let you know if it’s possible and give a timeline. A small fee may be charged for changes depending on the time involved.

Do you offer prints that are mailed to my home?

I currently do not offer mailed prints. All items listed will be sent as digital files.

Where should I print my files?

You can print through an online print company or at a local print shop such as Staples, Kinko’s, Costco or Walmart. Some have the option of uploading your file from home and either picking it up or having it mailed to your home. You can also print at home using good quality paper.

What kind of paper should I use?

Good quality card stock or paper is recommended to best present your new art, 80 or 100 lb is a good weight.. I prefer matte finish but it is a matter of preference. Photo paper or canvas are also good options. Most print shops have several options and can guide your choice. If printing at home be sure the printer is set to print at 100% or full scale, each printer is different.
